Abstract

|
Recently, we isolated a multidrug-resistant Escherichia colistrain KBN10P04869 from a patient with acute myeloid leukemia. We report the complete genome of this strain which consists of5,104,264 bp with 4,457 protein-coding genes, 88 tRNAs, and22 rRNAs, and the co-occurrence of multidrug- resistant genesincludingblaCMY-2,blaTEM-1,blaCTX-M-15,blaNDM-5, andblaOXA-18.
